Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, product launches, or severe weather, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on the best available rate and delivery timeline. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Delays

Southern Elegance is not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances once a package has been shipped.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please:
