About Southern Elegance Candle Company

Southern Elegance Candle Company has been hand-pouring scented candles in Raeford, North Carolina since 2015. We are a Black-owned and women-owned small business, and we make candles and wax melts only, poured in small batches with care.

How We Make Them

Every candle is made to order and hand-poured from a paraffin-soy wax blend. Making to order means your candle is poured for you, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Slight variations between candles are part of the handcrafted process, and we think that is a good thing.

Our candles come as mason jar candles (12 oz net weight), canning jar candles (9 oz net weight), and 6 oz travel tins, and our jumbo wax melts are 5 oz. Collections include year-round Signature Scents, the Southern Sayings collection with its funny Southern sayings, seasonal Fall & Winter and Spring & Summer scents, and the Jubilee fall and holiday collection.
